  1. Yeah, I quite like that one, myself. 🙂

I think the video could be improved some, though. It might have been nice to have some Classic Who shots in there. But, then, I always think that. 🙂

        • I picked this one because a) it was near the top and b) the sound quality seemed a little better than the first result I got.

I was genuinely surprised by how good Chameleon Circuit’s album is, overall, given that they’re essentially novelty filk songs. And most of the songs are pretty accessible, I think, even if you’ve never seen an episode of the show, in any of its incarnations.

          • I agree. It’s a pretty good album, musically, and lots of fun if you’re a Who fan.

(I can’t comment on it’s accessibility, though, as I can’t remember what it’s like not to be familiar with its subject matter. :))

  2. The cameos from Torchwood and Sarah Jane Adventures were a bit out of place, and for some reason I don’t recall the blonde, not-Rose companion that Doctor #9 grabbed the hand of. (How quickly we forget. Obviously, I must watch more episodes!)

    • I believe they’re cameos from the 4th season*, where those characters do appear. And, spoiler warning, where Davros is the main villain. Near the end, Davies’ idea seemed to be, throw everybody in and see if it works. I’m not sure it always did, but that’s another story.

      * 4th season of the new series, obviously. We’re not talking William Hartnell here.

      • Yes, those were from the season 4 finale. (I’ve given up trying to refer to the new series as season 27 and up. :))

Without watching the video again, I think it was Lynda-with-a-Y whose hand he grabbed. But, yes, Captain C, you do need to watch more episodes. Repeatedly. Be one of us!
