You could argue that Eric Idle has gone to the well a few times too many with this song, but you could also argue that he’s earned the right to. It’s easily one the catchiest numbers he ever wrote, and it’s the capper to what was probably Monty Python‘s best film. It is, of course, “Always Look on the Bright Side of Life.”
