The customer is always, right?

Back when I used to work in retail, my co-workers once tried to get me to draft an angry letter to the local paper, about how our customers were not always right — were, in fact, often wrong and rude and ill-informed. I agreed with the sentiment but deferred from actually putting pen to paper. But man, if we’d had blogs back then… We might never have gotten any work done.
