The wheels are muddy, got a ton of hay
You’ll work the rest out, I’m sure. Best of luck as always.
Number 6 is my favourite tune from Declan Patrick MacManus, “All This Useless Beauty”.
#2 is Back in the USSR by the Beatles. And I can finish the lyric for #9 but can’t remember the song or the artist.
Had #2 right off.
#3 is “Sympathy for the Devil” by the Rolling Stones.
More of the lyric for #9 is “…of unpublished rhyme / drinking my vodka and lime… I look around / leaves are brown, now / and the sky is a hazy shade of winter,” and the song is “A Hazy Shade of Winter” by Simon & Garfunkel.
Is this a record for me?
#8 is Dogs by some aging British Mod band
#5 is “Engine Driver” by the Decemberists. At least, I think that’s the title. I could be wrong. #7 is “Call and Answer” by the Barenaked Ladies.
(Yay! For once I know something other than Classic Rock and geek songs!)
