  1. Well, according to the AP Style Guide, it’s “gray.” The only exception is “greyhound.” Also, “colour” is British.

    Of course, if you want a non-journalistic response, it can be either, depending on the source you check. Those literary types are wishy-washy that way.

  2. I use both “gray” and “grey,” but these days I tend more towards the former, mainly because my spellchecker complains about the latter.

    And it’s “color.” Those silly Brits/Canadians and their extraneous “u”s! Think how much ink they could save just by getting rid of them. 🙂

  3. I go back and forth on the gray/grey subject, although I probably use gray more.

    As for colo(u)r, I try to use whatever I notice the person I am corresponding with is using.
